Imo State Housing Project, a Joint Venture between the Government of Imo State and Contemporary Architecture Limited.
Background: The Imo State Government. as part of its Direct Foreign Investment and Industrialization program, is partnering with Contemporary Architecture Limited and her International Partners to develop 5,000 Affordable Housing Units in Imo State. Under the first phase of the project, 1,000 Units will be delivered in 12 to 24 months.
Contemporary Architecture Limited, through its partner financing bank, will provide mortgage funding to prospective subscribers.
